Introduction to QNO
IP Load Balance
โดยปกติแล้ว Load Balance และ Multiwan Router ธรรมดาทั่วๆไปในตลาด จะเป็น Session Load Balance คือ จะทำงานแบบ Session Base โดยไม่ได้สนใจ ที่มาและที่ไป ของข้อมูล ซึ่งจะทำให้เกิดปัญหาที่พบกันคือ บางโปรแกรมจะใช้งานไม่ได้ หรือ ใช้ได้แต่หลุดบ่อย มักจะเกิดขึ้นกับ Game Online, MSN, Internet Banking
แต่ในส่วนของ QNO นั้นจะมี Function ที่จะแก้ปัญหานี้คือ IP Load Balance โดยการทำงานของ IP Load Balance นั้นจะดูจากผู้ที่ใช้งาน ว่าเครื่องใดที่ถูกจัดให้ออกทาง Wan ใดๆแล้ว ใน Connection ถัดไปก็จะถูกจัดให้ออกทางเดิม ซึ่งจะไปเป็นปัญหาสำหรับ Game, MSN อย่างที่กล่าวไว้
Smart QOS
Load Balance ทั่วไปมักจะทำ QOS ไม่ได้ หรือ อาจทำได้แค่บางส่วน แต่ Smart QOS หรือ การจัดการแบบอัฉริยะบน QNO นั้นสามารถทำได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม ยกตัวอย่างคร่าวๆ หากเรามี Link 20 Mbps แต่มีคนใช้งานเพียงส่วนน้อย QNO สามารถให้ทุกเครื่องใช้งานได้เต็มที่ทั้งหมดความเร็วที่มี แต่ถ้าเมื่อไรที่มีการใช้งานถึง 60% ของ Bandwidht แล้ว จะเริ่มจำกัดความเร็วของแต่ละเครื่อง ให้ใช้งานได้ไม่เกินที่กำหนด ทั้งนี้สามารถระบุช่วยเวลาของการทำงานได้อีกด้วย
Session Control
หลายท่านคงเคยพบกับปัญหาว่าหากมี User เครื่องใดใช้งานโปรแกรมแบบ multi session เช่น Bit Torrent หรือ Virus บางประเภท มากๆแล้ว Router Hang ไป เพราะเนื่องด้วยมี Session ไม่พอต่อการใช้งาน สำหรับ QNO นั้น ถึงแม้จะมี Nat Session ที่มากกว่า Router ธรรมดาทั่วไปแล้ว ยังมีระบบป้องการการใช้ Session มากผิดปกติ หรือมากเกินความจำเป็น โดยสามารถกำหนดจำนวน Session ต่อ IP ได้ทั้ง TCP และ UDP
QNO Sniff
เป็นโปรแกรมสำหรับติดตั้งบน Windows โดยทำงานร่วมกับ QNO Router เพื่อจัดเก็บข้อมูลการใช้งานของแต่ละ IP, User โดย QNO Sniff จะรองรับการทำงานกับ QNO Load Balance Router เท่านั้น ต่อจากนี้พรบ.คอมพิวเตอร์ปี 2550 ก็จะเป็นเรื่องง่ายสำหรับทุกคน
